Welcome to “Queue Prime for Offices” Mobile App! 

This app enables you (the user) to manage the client queue/s for your Offices/Clinics, and allow your clients to view your queue status number via the Queue Prime app.

The email address you use to register into the app will be stored in a server, and will be used to identify you as a user when you log into the app. You can delete your user account whenever you want.

While registered into the app, you can add your office name, your office address, your office services, your office contact info and phone numbers, which your clients can use to contact you. You can also add the queue/s for your office/s, and the currently served number. These information will be used by your clients to enable them to know the status of your queues, giving them the freedom to wait for their turn outside the premises of your office or clinic. Offices and queues data will be stored in a server, and made available to your clients. You can remove these data whenever you want.

Other queue data you input, like schedules of queues, names of your clients, or their contact info, are stored in your own device ONLY, and will be removed when you delete them, or when you uninstall the app.

When the app interacts with the server to request anything, the request information, which may include your IP address, will be logged for a short period of time in the server, for maintenance purposes.
