Queue Prime Privacy Policy

Welcome to “Queue Prime” Mobile App! 

This app enables you (the user) to view the queue status number of the Office you are waiting on. The Office you are waiting on must use the Queue Prime for Office mobile app.

When you view an Office (for example by taking the QR info of the office), the app retrieves the Office information from the server, and allows you to view the current queue status number that you are waiting on.

When the app interacts with the server to request anything, the request information, which may include your IP address, will be logged for a short period of time in the server, for maintenance purposes.
